Merry Christmas from Hayley's Cake Studio!

The festive season is well and truly upon us and there is lots of Christmas cheer at Hayley's Cake Studio! The kitchen this week has been filled with the delicious smells of Christmas spices, Brandy soaked fruit, and spiced gingerbread, mmmm!

Here are a few of our favourite seasonal cakes...

This is a luxurious white chocolate and cranberry cake, covered with chocolate ganache and white chocolate fondant! It has then been finished with hand painted white chocolate truffles and delicate shimmering snowflakes.

Here is a delicious rich fruit cake, which has been lovingly soaked with brandy over the past 6 weeks! It has been decorated with our classic ivy wreath design, and finished with some traditional tartan ribbon!
