Here is our signature range of cake flavours. We can make any other flavours too, including gluten free options so please get in touch to find out more.

VANILLA

Madagascan vanilla bean sponge filled with whipped vanilla bean buttercream and raspberry preserve.

MILK CHOCOLATE ORANGE

Layers of fudgy chocolate cake filled with a decadent Cointreau spiked chocolate orange ganache.

PROSECCO

A light sponge drizzled with prosecco syrup, and filled with a silky prosecco buttercream and strawberry preserve.

WHITE CHOCOLATE, COCONUT AND PASSIONFRUIT

Moist coconut sponge layered with creamy white chocolate ganache and a tangy passionfruit curd. 

LEMON

Zesty lemon sponge filled with a luscious lemon buttercream and a tangy lemon curd.

DARK CHOCOLATE AND CHERRY

Rich dark chocolate cake layered with decadent dark chocolate ganache and morello cherry conserve.

CARAMEL

Delicious caramel cake filled with salted caramel buttercream.

ESPRESSO AND WALNUT

Espresso sponge with chopped walnut pieces, filled with espresso buttercream.

FRUIT

A classic, rich fruit cake packed with brandy soaked sultanas, raisins, apricots, cranberries, cherries and almonds, and iced with luxury white marzipan
