SPRING

RHUBARB AND CUSTARD  

A divine rhubarb infused sponge layered with creamy custard buttercream 

CARROT CAKE

A deliciously moist, lightly spiced sponge cake filled with zesty orange buttercream

LEMON AND RASPBERRY

A light lemon sponge filled with layers of raspberry preserve and tangy lemon curd buttercream

 

SUMMER

LIME AND COCONUT

A delicious tropical take on a lemon drizzle - layers of lime and coconut infused sponge, filled with creamy coconut buttercream and zesty lime curd

STRAWBERRIES AND CHAMPAGNE

An indulgent champagne glazed sponge filled with champagne buttercream and strawberry and champagne conserve

PEACH MELBA

Layers of light vanilla sponge studded with raspberries, and sandwiched together with vanilla buttercream and peach conserve

 

AUTUMN

SPICED CINNAMON CARAMEL CAKE

Gently spiced cinnamon sponge drizzled with a cinnamon glaze and filled with caramel buttercream

PLUM AND ALMOND

Layers of light, moist and extremely moreish almond sponge, filled with almond buttercream and Victoria plum jam​

PUMPKIN SPICE 

Warming spiced pumpkin cake, filled with brown sugar buttercream

 

WINTER

WHITE CHOCOLATE AND CRANBERRY

Our signature sponge studded with tart cranberries and layered with creamy white chocolate ganache

CHOCOLATE AND SALTED CARAMEL

Rich chocolate sponge filled with milk chocolate ganache and an indulgent salted caramel​ sauce

GINGERBREAD CAKE WITH BRANDY BUTTERCREAM

Layers of deliciously deep and treacley ginger cake filled with boozy brandy buttercream
