I am very excited about sharing with you my new seasonal wedding menu which I have introduced for 2018!
I created this with the aim of providing couples with new and exciting flavours to choose from for their wedding cake, which fits perfectly with the time of year in which they marry.
I love making the most of seasonal ingredients when I can, and some of the new flavours reflect this, e.g. rhubarb and custard for Spring.
